Laziness sabotages talents. Do not leave your talents raw. Learn to refine your talents. Add hardwork to talents. Work ethics, when coupled with hard work leads to success. A lot of hard work with no talents with lead to wasted effort. Stand where opportunities can see you. Failing to stand where others can see you is not humility but spiritual stupidity. People are influenced by what they see and hear. Coorperate with others to do great things for God. We function in teams. Help others to find themselves. Dont grow beyond the capacity of your character. Your character is not a gift, it has to be developed. Gift without character can lead to frustration. Don't let your promotion overtake your character. Your success should not go beyond your character. Never turn your gift against God.
