My Leadership Thoughts

I have come to realize that everything revolves around leadership. This is something that took me 15 years to realize. The sole reason why God create man was simply to offer leadership. He created man for dominion, and dominion simply means to lead. According to J.C Maxwell, "everything rises and falls on leadership". This I believe is very true. He also said "leadership is influence". This also is a very true statement when it comes to leadership. Everything around us rise and fall on the quality of our influence. What are we to influence? We are to influence the world around us positively. This is what it means to have dominion. Here are some of my leadership thoughts.

1. Leadership is a nature in every man

2. Leadership is a call to maturity

3. Leadership is a call to growth

4. Leadership is living for others to live, while slavery is living unto self

5. Leadership is sharing yourself with others

6. Leadership is making yourself a bridge giving others access to their next levels

7. Leadership is commitment to soul winning

8. Leadership is seeking the good in others

9. Leadership is adding colour and beauty to the world around you. 

10. Leadership is maximizing effectively, the use of resources available to you

11. Leadership is taking people to where they have never been before. 

12. Leadership is living a life driven by specific core values.
