BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS

Relationship is a
connection between two people.
Relationship is a
connection between two or more people. People suffer because they lack love.
Everyone has a price tag which is not necessarily monetary.
Relationship is a
skill of people management.
Relationship
lifelines: First Life line - up lines -
mentors - people who you look up to.
Do not live a
pretentious life around your mentors. Let your mentors have access to your
mentor. Do not compete with your mentors. Honor your mentors. You cannot honor
your mentor in their presence and dishonor them behind.
Honor your mentor
whether he is there or not. People should not disrespect your mentor in your
presence. Learn to pray for your mentors rather than complain about them.
Give gifts to your
mentors. Avoid been stingy in the presence of your mentor. What you give to
your mentor always returns back to you. Serve your mentor to secure a future.
Second life line are you peer lines. They are people in you peer
group. They need your encouragement and not your gossips or false accusations.
Love them unconditionally. The best time to love people is when they do not
deserve it.
Love all people.
Appreciate them at their birthdays or other special days.
Love your neighbors.
They might come handy
someday
Say "I love
you" to your peers.
Third life line are the down lines - these are men-tees, or protégé.
They need to be fathered or mothered. Counsel and help them. Do not use them
but assist them. Respect their time, connect them. Invest in them.
The fourth life line is your love line. This is marriage or love
relationship. Keep the flame of love burning. Spend time with your spouse. Give
gifts to your lover.
Avoid familiarity.
Dress to keep him faithful to you. Make yourself "LA hot" for your
spouse. Locate what your spouse likes.
The fifth life line are your client line. These are your customers.
Customers would only return to places where they are been treated well. Treat
your people well, remember their birthday. Trust your customers. Give them
value for their Money.
The sixth life line is your family line. Take good care of your
parents. Buy them gifts. Respect them
The seventh life line is the Real line. This is your relationship
with God. The Christ league is the Champions league of life. Have communion
with the Holy Spirit. Keep your prayer lines open and intact.

Leaders help
themselves and others to do the right things. They set direction, build an
inspiring vision, and create something new.

more than others see, who sees farther than others see and who sees before

Seven characteristics
of a leader
A good leader has
exemplary character.
True authority is
born from respect for the good character and trustworthiness of the person who
leads.
African leaders are
trained to know the books and not to live the life, by taking responsibility.
A good leader is
always enthusiastic about their work or cause and also about their role as
leader.
Live out leadership both
individually and in your career. People will respond more openly of passion and
dedication. Leaders need to be able to be a source of inspiration, and be a
motivator towards the required action or cause.
A good leader is
confident to lead and set direction a leader need to appear confident as a
person and in the leadership role.
A leader also needs
to function in an orderly and
purposeful manner in situations of uncertainty.
Good leaders are
tolerant of ambiguity and remain calm, composed and steadfast to the main
purpose.
A good leader as well
as keeping the main goal in focus is able to think analytically.
A good leader is
committed to excellence. Second best does not lead to success. The good leader
not only maintains high standards, but also is proactive in raising the bar in
order to achieve excellence in all areas.
10 things you must do to become a leader.
✌Work hard to get ahead
✌Strive for success, but remain humble.
✌Allow your "great idea" to evolve and
change.
✌Acknowledge your own shortcomings.
✌Ask for help when you need it.
✌seek out a mentor.
✌Don't make promises you can't keep.
✌Earn your teams respect.
✌Always challenge and encourage yourself.
✌Serve God and trust him to lead you.
A leader’s main task
is to achieve the task, building and maintaining team and developing the
individual.
Only committed
followers emerge great leaders.
Leaders say how can
this be but never say No.

SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT

Spiritual development
is all about self-development.
Being a child of God
is not by talk but by walk.
Spiritual maturity is
when we move from being a goat to being a sheep while civilization is moving
from been a sheep to becoming a goat. It takes the word of God to develop in
the school of the spirit.

Spirituality is not a
gift but a responsibility.
It is character that
defines the working of the gifts of the spirit.
Feed on the undiluted
word of God if you must grow spiritually

Timothy 4:6, God's word is needed for developing spiritual capacity.
The word enlightens
us. God's word us our reality. Psalm 119:130
The word quenches
your thirst. Isaiah 55:10-11
God's word nourishes
us. Matthew 4:4
Only the word that
enters your spirit that nourishes you.
God's word washes.

God's word builds you

God's word completes

word is Holy Ghost inspired.
God's word edifies.
Wordless ness leads
to sinfulness.
Anyone that is not giving you the word of God is only

You receive Christ

transference of virtue from a vessel of higher concentration to a vessel of
lower concentration. Gal 4:1
